The 3D Seals XPS 500 machines are modern, compact CNC turning centres, enabling our partners to custom-machine industrial seals up to 550 mm (outside diameter). The new models can produce over 500 different seal profiles – within a few minutes – for hydraulic, pneumatic, static and rotary applications – on demand from a single piece or prototype to larger volume series.
The full package includes the necessary machining tools, suction, cutter units, and software to produce customised seals on demand, according to specific needs. This reduces the need to stock standard seals while allowing fast replacement of nonstandard sizes.
